Therapy for individuals, couples and families

When it comes to therapy, compatibility is key.

Whether for individual, couples, or family therapy, it is essential to feel comfortable and safe in a space where you can be vulnerable and open up. Having the right support can motivate us to take steps that we may find difficult or challenging. Together we’ll work to find new ways of coping, exploring alternate pathways toward possible solutions.

Couples & Family Therapy

Every couple or family can benefit from therapy; seeking support doesn't mean that you are doing it wrong. We all carry messages from our past about how things should be. Couples and Family Therapy can help you to gain perspective around patterns that you feel are no longer useful and grow more into who you want to be for yourself, for your partner or family.

  • Family and Couple’s Counseling can be brief and solution-focused. It provides a wider perspective of the individual within the couple or family, based on the nature of relationship dynamics, and what these elicit in us. Couples and Family Therapy can look different depending on cultural, linguistic and religious values.

I strive for quality care; I believe that it is important to offer care that is culturally sensitive and empowering and never demeaning. It is always my goal to provide a safe and nurturing space where you and your family can feel free to express yourselves and open new ways of communicating.
